When the best talent lies in the 80% of people not actively searching for a job, the candidate chooses you. So, what does it take to turn the tables and get the very best talent to engage with you?

By working closely with the bright talent at AB InBev for the past year, we enabled them to tell their story through the ‘Make It Yours’ campaign. Through this initiative we are able to showcase what current employees do, how they do it, and to share what day-to-day life is really like inside the world’s biggest brewer, creating an authentic and uniquely valuable insight into what AB InBev can offer a potential candidate. The campaign resulted in an increase of AB InBEv's Linkedin following by tens of thousands, with more still to come.
